Select an area of personal interest (health, education, children, environment, etc.). Using the site as a resource, investigate what the United Nations is doing regarding this topic. “What is the issue?”, “What are the problems?”, “What is the UN seeking to achieve?”, “What agency or agencies of the UN are involved?” should be points addressed by your investigation. Write a description of these UN agency actions and post it on our class wiki under the heading “UN”. Write your document in “word” and then paste it in the site-check with me prior to actually posting to avoid “congestion” and lost documents.
